That's why this recipe is not good for health as you consume it daily. It is not harmful or less harmful when it take once or twice a week. If you take it daily so this may become reason of many problems.
2. Momos
This recipe was introduce in INDIA may be before 11 to 13 years and this is become more favorite not only for kids even young people also. Everyone know about the side effect of momos but they still take this. This is uncooked and the souse consumed by this is so much spicy. They may have MSG (monosodium glutamate) which not only leads to obesity but also causes a string of other health issues like nervous disorder and many more.
3. Pizza
This increase intake of saturated fats and salt over a sustained period of time could potentially lead to a whole host of health problem, such as obesity, high B P, heart diseases etc. Don't consume it as daily.
4. Burger
This is despite their deliciousness, however burger can contributes to weight gain and have many other harmful effect on our health. burger can be high-calorie food .
